The Practice
The Antahkarana — Sanskrit for "inner organ of consciousness" — is also known as the Rainbow Bridge: a luminous vertical channel connecting the everyday personality with the Soul and the higher spiritual realms.
In the Rainbow Bridge tradition, this channel already exists within every human being. However, it is clogged with the residue of lifetimes of unconscious thought and emotion — what teachers describe as low-grade thought-forms, emotional complexes, and psychic debris that have accumulated in the etheric, emotional, and mental bodies.
The Rainbow Bridge techniques are a structured, systematic practice for clearing these obstructions, building the channel to full capacity, and anchoring it from the Soul Star above the crown all the way down to the Earth Star beneath the feet — grounding Soul light into the body of the planet itself.
What can be achieved in 2 to 5 years of dedicated practice is a completely clear auric field: a strong and radiant Soul Star, a well-defined Central Channel, and an expanded causal field filled with the energies accumulated during the clearing process as a reservoir of spiritual power.

Course Structure
The Rainbow Bridge work is divided into two progressive phases — each building on the last. Together they constitute a complete system for personality purification and Soul alignment.
Phase One establishes the Central Channel — clearing it progressively through each energy centre from the head to the Earth Star. The Soul Star, activated through the Soul Mantram, acts as a ball of solar fire that literally burns through the etheric, emotional, and mental debris clogging the channel. Once the channel is built, it is systematically widened to increase its capacity to transmit Soul and planetary energies.
Phase Two addresses the ancient thought-forms and emotional patterns that lie outside the Central Channel — embedded in the surrounding aura and accumulated across many lifetimes. Using the spinning Soul Star technique, a flat disc of light radiates 360 degrees from the Soul Star to the periphery of the auric field, impressing the Soul's own vibratory note on the substance of all three lower vehicles, gradually transmuting every pattern to light.

Every journey begins with knowing where you stand. Our opening session pairs a guided meditation with a personal Aura Reading — a sensitive, intuitive assessment of your current energetic landscape.
The aura reading allows us to observe and interpret the specific energetic and thought-form build-up present within your auric field at this moment in your evolution. Every pattern of energy held in the aura carries information: unresolved emotional residues, habitual thought-forms accumulated over lifetimes, areas of natural radiance, and places where light is ready to break through.
Through this reading, we can assess the state of your Central Channel — how far it has been built, approximately how wide it is, and whether the internal and external patterns are beginning to thin. This gives us a precise and personalised starting point from which your course work is calibrated to serve you most deeply.
Progressive Journey
The Central Channel is built progressively, one energy centre at a time. Give each stage the time it requires — depth and stability matter far more than speed.
The foundational triangle is established through the third-eye region. The Soul Star begins clearing this first section of the channel in preparation for deeper work.
Three to four sessions on the Throat centre, then the Heart — two of the most significant centres for the expression of Soul qualities in daily life.
The seat of accumulated emotional energies. Clearing here can produce vivid experiences as long-held patterns release and transform.
Creative and relational energies are reorganised and aligned with the Soul's purpose as this centre is included in the channel work.
The foundational centre is brought into alignment, enabling the full column of spiritual energy to flow without obstruction from crown to base.
One or two points per week until the complete Central Channel is anchored six inches below the feet — grounded into the living body of the Earth.
